296 (cn 6K-25) Was this intended as a low approach or was it a landing gone wrong? This 332 skvadron F-16A on exchange with the 32nd TFS (Wolfhounds) seemed to make a low approach but then set down on its center drop tank and skid down the runway! The aircraft aborted and pulled into a climb, went around and landed safely. Special thx to Ken for his efforts locating and recovering the image! [Scan from Ilford B&W print]
