Isn’t a bunch of regional ground handling for DL at SLC done by SkyWest? Might see something similar there. isn't it DGS? Which is what a large number of DL stations are handled by? SkyWest ground handles the E Gates in SLC for Express on the Ramp (do they do CS too or did that go to DL Mainline?) ...

I think it was December 2018 when UA experienced a UAX cataclysmic baggage melt down at DEN right before the Christmas.
