Leave it in, worst they'll say is no. Plus, a lot of the ones added recently have the chase plane blocking more of the rudder than what you've got going.

I'd say the main reason is because the gear is blocked. I'd say a secondary would be because blurring the crowd with a long exposure isn't adding anything to the aircraft.

I recently did a 1600 shot of a 737 that looked wonderful at that resolution but, I am seeing folks point about the MD80 shot, it's just not gaining much by being at 1600 so I'll knock it down to something lower like 1200.
