The A321 appears to be waiting either for an marchall or a bridge operator to turn on the guidence system. In that case the A321 has gone to far into the stand, it should be holding on the taxiway before turning into the stand.

It makes sense to me, one of the big advantages that SAS still have over Norwegian is frequency. Being able to fly daily without having to fill an A330 would be nice, especially in JAN-APR.

Now for the order, SAS really needs the A320NEO's in STO/OSL, and CPH as well.
