The C-Series alias A220 also makes a sound when power is applied coming from idle. I find it pretty annoying on the ground when the aircraft needs to stop and increases power to be able to taxi. Especially because the aircraft is the opposite of being noisy this draws my attention every time. A330s...

At what point does the A220-300 look like an excellent 737-700 replacement? Given the 500+ 737-700s in the fleet, I could see some of the replacement cycle going with a lighter/more fuel efficient bird, instead of the 737 Max 7.

They're LCC in that their costs per passenger mile is low, but their fares never are. Usually the same, or more, as the other three legacies. Everytime I've checked the last ten years. I've never found one of those $50 one way flights they're always advertising. Even on short flights less than 500 ...

After the recent NB campaign result, I can't see the MAX ever being ordered, perhaps the next gen Boeing NB, but not this one. MOM is a distinct possibility, but at this point am not sure if that's gonna be a NB/WB or purely paper airplane.

The only 787 I can see DL ordering in the next 5-15 years is the 787-10 for TATL hub to hub flying, or maybe for some west coast TPAC flights. The A350-1000 is considerably bigger than the 77E/L. DL seems happy with the size of the A359. That's what will replace the current 777s.

Still expecting a MoM and 737 MAX order. The A320 and 737-800 are too small to be replaced by the A321neo, so Boeing could win there. Then again the dispute with BBD doesn't exactly help their case. It'll be interesting to see what DL puts in the press release. My guess is they'll say the new A321s...

The tail on that CSeries jet looks like garbage. It looks like someone just found some letters sitting around and decided "Hey, let's stick these on the tail at the oddest angle possible." It's probably just a quick wrap job. Normally the plane is branded CS300, but they must have changed...
