Fluticasone propionate nose spray. Excellent stuff. It cured my cronic sinusitis within two days. This was back in March 2015 and the funny thing is, I've had only one or two head colds since then.

A white Toyota Etios in South Africa earlier this year. It had a very unresponsive gearbox and every time I wanted to indicate I ended up turning the wipers on. And it was the first time I'd driven a RHD car in decades.
