I would give it a slight CCW rotation so that the photo is level in regards to the lighting towers. This shouldn't have much effect on the level of the terminal buildings.

I wouldn't expect much improvement as far as on time performance is concerned. It's the rail infrastructure that has been the biggest problem and has been largely ignored by both sides of politics.
