Why don't just take the Delta offer and end this soup opera!Jump to post
Alitalia is struggling financially with little support from Etihad. Delta and EasyJet have made it known that they are interested in acquiring parts of Alitalia. In DL's case it would probably be much like the VS deal 49% deal. The financial struggles have more then likely had a major effect on the...Jump to post

CVG was a good catch. AF flew an A340 into there.
Is that the only US destination dropped by AF? SEA was dropped, but recently resumed.
KL served MEM, but I don’t believe that AF ever did.
I’ve heard similar rumors, with the additional a330neos possibly coming at the expense of the deferred A350s. But it is all just rumor. An order for more 330neos is entirely believable but converting 350s really isn't. At this point the second batch of 350s, plus a few more, are the only credible r...Jump to post

That said, DL is dropping MCO-GRU, which would free up a 767 and I'd rather have that plane c...Jump to post
According to enilria's weekly OAG thread, UA has jumped onto CMH-SFO at 1x daily starting in June!! A very smart move on their part, and not at all a bad trade IMO for losing the previously daily WN CMH-OAK. Very happy to see they moved so quickly into the market, and congrats to CRAA who I'm sure ...Jump to post
The CRAA feels confident that it can replace the lost CMH-OAK n/s in the next year. "We are keeping our chin up and are not overly concerned about this," said Dave Whitaker, chief commercial officer of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority. "I am confident that within the next year...Jump to post
I'm disappointed but not suprised there was no transatlantic announcement by Delta from CMH also nothing on SLC or SEA service. In my opinion these non events are a combination of lack of interest from Delta and lack of support and incentives from CRAA and the city of Columbus.Jump to post
