Last week it traded between INR 122 and 147. Today it hit a low of INR 84.60.

I think Icelandair now realizes that their decision to go for the MAX instead of the NEO (and it was a close call!) was a mistake as perceptive people could already see back in 2013 when the choice was made. The A321 and especially the LR version is easily the airplane that comes closest to fitting...

The big question is weather the original certification of 737 MAX is valid at all or must be done from beginning again. FAA does obviously not fulfill their task as independent authority but instead are running Boeing’s errands.

Yes Airbus today are (combining EK and EY): +40 x A330-900neo -12 x A350-900 -39 x A380-800 So a net loss of 11 widebodies and also of planes of more value. Swapping A380/A350 for fewer A330neo. Not the best news for Airbus but better for them I guess than just the cancellations and EK ordering B78...

Backlogs - Airbus deliveries do not support the supposed 1,800 narrow body backlog difference with Boeing. Why should Airbus match Boeings backlog? Chinese leasing company ICBC has firmed up an order for 80 A320 family jets according to Reuters.
Likely this order was signed in Decmeber 2018.
