Yes it was the Sultan of Brunei’s VIP 747 into Heathrow.
A bit unusual that they were granted an early morning arrival slot at Heathrows busiest time.. I think they normally go into Stansted.

The M11 motorway runs right past it, plentiful coach and bus services from Central London.
For people working in the City regular fast trains from Liverpool Street.
