Nothing like asking for help and then being rude.

Dude, it is just a 7-8 hour flight not a life changing event, and especially in Y there isn’t a huge difference between operators. Either suck it up or ask for a refund and book new tickets.

You don't need to add a hotel for all days of your trip. See if you can get it even cheaper by only having a hotel booked through BA.com for the first night.

Yes, it still happens from time to time. Last June I flew back home with SAS ARN-LAX and visited the flight deck when we were over Greenland. Was a clear day, so had amazing views of Greenland. Was there for about 30 minutes!

AA doesn't offer the product premium economy on domestic flights regardless of if an aircraft with premium economy seats is operating the flight. So basically what you get is MCE service with a better seat only.

I am a little surprised how “small” EWR and especially SFO is compared to ORD, IAH and DEN when everyone here seems to only focus on those two hubs. Furthermore, compared to DL/ATL and AA/DFW, UA is a bit more balanced across its hubs.
