Interesting about the side slip feature. Seems more convoluted than the original request from airlines to have the aisle seat flip up like in a movie theater. It will definitely help loading times and overhead baggage retrieval.

GEO may be a distinct possibility in the future as the energy market is projected to take off, however UA through IAH will likely be the the first to take advantage of an increasing economy. That said it is uncertain how much the local economy will improve and stimulate local traffic.
