Last I checked JQ have 11 x B788’s, 3 of which they were keen to offload pre-COVID19. I’m sure in the current environment QF wouldn’t mind offloading these birds to VA when the time comes. I’m sure in the current environment QF wouldn’t mind offloading these birds to VA when the time comes.

Not sure if this has already been answered somewhere, but why is Qantas storing planes like A380 which will be used again at VCV and not in Alice Springs? Wouldn't logistics of sending pilots and mechanics to Alice Springs be easier, or the storage in VCV is so much cheaper and planes will be there...
