It's actually pretty simple, Texas passed this law, the companies that don't want to follow it deny access to their sites for any IP addresses in that state.

I can understand wanting to lose the Mccarran name due to the racist and anti sematic background, but honestly, they should have gone for a neutral name like Las Vegas International.

Harry has done a lot for Las Vegas and Nevada, but something neutral would be better.

It feels more likely than some of the other ships you've suggested. It's one of a kind and it's opulent, but it isn't the historical relic of a bygone age as QM or even QE2 which does reduce potential interest as a museum ship.
