The bottom line is that Delta has destroyed T4. I have the original plans from when T4 was proposed to replace the old IAB and the expansion plans proposed then after T4was built would have complimented the structure. Delta did a Hodge podge mess of the place.

I was fan of the MD80 but I did not hate them. I will say they are rugged aircraft compared to what we have today. I always enjoyed the takeoff just like on the 757 it was fast and at a high angle like a rocketship some times.

DXB and DOH most likely have catering trucks that can service the upper deck which no airport in the Caribbean has so I don't think any Caribbean airport will or can handle the A380 as DXB and DOH do on remote stands.
