I wonder if they could give London to New York another try, it is apparently the largest business traffic route in the world? Jet2 leased a few last year and I would guess they are doing the same this year if they are going to add A321's to the fleet. Is it possible to fly to Australia from the UK or anywhere else in Europe on the A330 with just one stop/connection?

I think the A330-200 has the range to do it, but not 100% sure.

I believe adding preclearance directly in LHR would make much more sense


Problem is, I doubt the US government would want to pay for pre-clearance facilities in all four of LHR's terminals, as flights to US cities depart from all of the terminals...
