I am sure there are exit clauses/penalties on both sides. As long as Boeing makes Iran whole and there are no damages then there should be no liability to be determined by a court. This appears to be for media consumption.

As with the 737/767, you have ITAR issues to also consider. If the new design you are building will have dual use, you will most likely need an assembly line somewhere in the US.

In the C-9 Medivac community we would hand out urine specimen cups to ROTC cadets and new tecs and tell them to collect air samples from the overhead air vents. It was a very detailed, exacting process that they would have to do multiple times to get a good sample.
