Neither Boeing nor IAI will assist with any engineering work by Mammoth. I could see Boeing being willing to sell their existing cargo door assembly to Mammoth; at a solid profit. Why would they want to, they would rather have the backlog. Also if the conversion doesn't work out it could diss Boein...

The US did such tests, too - in 1985 and 2008. I don't know why the US side is complaining... The ASM-135 test was conducted at low altitude and the debris field had limited impact.
