The dates selected are likely the MOST sought after dates of the entire holiday season. Discounted fares will be offered at a minimum The $5,000 fare tells me something along the way is nearly sold out.

If you have luggage, it will also be checked to the final destination, with one PNR. Not necessarily. The outbound wouldn't be an issue, but with the return flight, you'd have to clear US customs at the first port of entry, so you'd have to claim your bag, then re-check it. I have seen on many websites including Google flights, separate ticket issuance is spelled out explicitly before purchase. The B6/HU should be one ticket

AC and PD's Q400 have the extra padded seats . WS's do not .

OAG monthly worldwide published guide is $1200/year! there is an online version for about 1/2 that or maybe 1/3 of that but still not cheap, but quite comprehensive.
