Hi, i use my iPhone 5, they say i can inflight, if ypu are on a Dash 8 it makes the propellers look weird! But its safe because i asked and they said as long as its in FlightSafe mode its ok for taking pics or filming.

I got told that putting your phone on half brightness helps reduce the battery drainage, the only snag is that on a sunny/bright day outside u cant see the screen.

I often think the real reason is that they dont want to be in the background or in the vicinity of someone taking a photo due to their current situation, shyness or feel it affects their work. When the seatbelt sign is on and they have sat down, fire away, abeit discreetly of course.

This is where Iphones come in handy, do a "text message" and take a pic (on the ground of course or in flightsafe mode in the air) Guess United is so scared now since 9/11 but thats another topic.

Yeah you could be right, the jetstream is unusually far south at the moment i hope it comes back soon, getting sick and tired of endless mornings waking up to cloudy weather to be honest, i know ranting here wont bring sunshine back any quicker but they say dont bottle things up.

So does it mean that Winter has returned to its normal self and that extremely sunny mild days in February and March were very unusual? Last year was "BBQ weather" apparently, now it might be a white Easter. Its hard not to get angry with the Weather but i do realise theres nothing i can do about it...
