Put it this way - there is a greater chance you will die going to the airport than dying onboard the plane, be that terrorism or a faulty plane. Why just the fear of terrorism, why not wires, fuel gauges etc... it is just as likely to kill you. The fear, no offence, strikes me as somewhat irrational.
