Ok....I Have worked with these engines....and The time it takes to wind up the person would had ample time to get out. Unless he was tied there. To add another side to this the so called supertug is far more expensive than the regular tug. And most airports do not buy the tugs. Either the airlines do or in most cases the ground handling companies.
So they tend to buy cheaper.

We had a saudia royal Family 747sp fly from Los Angeles to Jeddah non stop.
Also they flew their L1011-500 non stop too.
Please do remember these aircraft are executive aircraft.
