Fuel Use Monitoring By Airlines.

So if I'm a commercial airline pilot am I monitored for fuel usage? I'm assuming there are standards the airlines set for a specific route. Can a pilot be called to task for his uneconomic flying? Is it part of the revue process?

Unfortunately for us aerogeeks we are going to see much more of this kind of design. A simple tail, possibly created with decals, and a small logo and the airline name on a white fuselage are just about all we can hope for. It saves paint and maintenance costs and apparently results in fuel savings.
