The first 737 MAX to be issued an Airworthiness Certificate from the FAA since the grounding. To be N27519 when delivered. Now in the database.
I was not aware that Sports Charters were eligible for Priority Screening, thank you for sharing that. With regards to the B-52, all I see is a small sticker, as you mentioned mil jets change all the time, I did not think such a change was eligible (still don't). But, all is not lost. I see your us...

Just to be pedantic the 737-900s (non-ERs) have blended winglets vs split Scimitars. Not entirely correct. Here's three different -900s with split scimitar winglets. I also flew on a -900 with split scimitar winglets just last September. 4940537,4601605,5178709 Along with the Alaska none er 900’s a...
Jump to postThe MAX 8 is still more efficient than the A320 NEO. If Boeing starts it's NSA program to replace the 737 earlier than initially planned, Airbus is going to need to do a NEO on the A220 or develop a new 6 abreast single aisle aircraft. At least NEO is flying. None of us know what Max will look like...
Jump to postThe MAX is not certified yet. It is still guessing that the grounded frames go into operation in March. Deliveries overall must be delayed, not only because of the delivery stops and the now following slow flow out of the already produce frames, but also because production rate was cut and there wi...

All AS 737s minus a few ancient 739 non-ERs have split scimitars and have had them since like 2015 Are you sure about that. At LAS I saw an AS 787 land (looked like an -800) in the older livery with no winglets at all and the cockpit eyebrows still there. Also, Sun Country has some raw 73G (no wing...

And let’s not forget, screeners are volunteers who work day jobs and give up there free time to help make this site run. I’m not sure if calling them out in a public forum is the most effective way to communicate and hope they stick around.
Jump to postI wasn’t aware it was hard to submit a correction. Just easier to come here and complain I guess
Jump to postIt must have required a full repaint of the engines given the amount of time spent there. Too bad they didn't have the foresight to use a decal, but at least they kept the livery. On another note, I was in Seattle last week and noticed most of the 737s still have the Proudly All Boeing marks on the...
Jump to postThe weather today is really bad. Not surprisingly got rejected for a ton of reasons for this flyover A2A. Jump to postIt's a shame if there are destinations cut from DAL, I always consider AS when I am flying to the west coast. Jump to post-Sea-Tac has only one Chinese carrier at the moment, Hainan, whereas U.S. carriers have given up on India. It happens all the time? No need for all caps for something that is a daily occurrence for flights to divert.
Jump to postI am not here for a lesson in photography Daniel. If it was there would be different title to this thread. Royal started this topic because there was some blatant abuse of views. Jump to postWow - if the real thing looks as good as the model it will be stunning! Love that the winglets are different colors on each side to match the tail. Don’t forget Delta’s partnership with Virgin Australia. A few years ago when I was covering an event for them they said Seattle is a possibility in the future. Wouldn’t say when. Speaking of them we should see a future wide body order coming for them this year if I recall correctly.

They did a great job and the memorabilia package was very impressive. My impression was that the majority of pax were VX employees. They created a great atmosphere and a flight that I will always remember. Hopefully AS treats them well! Nope, most the pax were fans who wanted to be part of history.
