Puerto Plata Help Please.

Could anyone give some advice about photography at Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic ? I'm going in 3 weeks time. There used to be a landside viewing deck that looked across the ramp and up the taxiway to the runway but that was 10 years ago since I was last there. Is this still there and useable as ...

RE: Asses On The Beach ;)

The aircraft is blurry, soft and oversharpened. As such, if this was shot anywhere else it would be rejected without a doubt. The only feature that got this accepted was the cynical use of a possibly underaged female showing her shapely backside. It has been said by crew here that people on the beac...

BUT....it's only any good for photography in the late afternoon/early evening and then only if landings are on 27R. Landings on 09L will have turned off before they get to the hotel area. You...

Very definitely oversharpened when you look at the airline title. Almost certainly a depth of field problem as the tail is very soft/out of focus. It's also too far left in the frame.

Shame really as that could have been a nice picture for the database.
