Re: Updated: Lufthansa cabin crew strike November 7th, 2019 1300 flights cancelled

"Things are changing at AirFrance and the last strikes were early in the summer of 2018. LH and BA have been much more prone to strikes in the last year. AF signed contracts with all its pilot unions sin Ben Smith came in as CEO. Will there be strikes in France in France in the future - of cour...

Re: Boeing Expects a $5.6 Billion Hit for 737 Max Disruptions

I don't know what the rules are in the states as far as transferring money from one division of a company to another. Could Boeing Corporation use money from say Boeing Defense to minimize the loses at Boeing Commercial Aircraft? Commercial and Defense Business unit are part of the same company at B...

I do see the 797 being delayed a lot because Boeing is going to have to save lots of cash to pay airlines compensations, victims law suit, production over costs and other fees. I wonder how much the insurance will be able to cover.

Just read on BBC.COM that EU has decided that in case of no Brexit agreement BA would not be able to fly with in EU so my guess IB will take over for BA if we get to that situation.

Re: Airbus Claims that A350XWB is quieter than B787, but is it really?

I just flew 787-8 with AA and found it very noisy. I was very disappointed. I flew back on a 77W and found it much quieter. It is possible that it was noisy due to be seated at the wing level vs in front on the 77W?
