Very sad to see very poor and unprofessional customer service nowadays for such an -at least in the past-service orientated airline! In Hamburg for example the ticket counters stay close even on days of flying... The counters are covered under a big layer of dust, very sad sight - especially as EK s...

Plus in Palma they probably have a handling agent... Don't forget, ALG is also served direct by AirFrance - so groundhandling shouldn't be an issue for KL/AF-Group... When I tried to book a flight from Oslo (ARN) to Newark (EWR) on SAS, I noticed that the A340-300 was the aircraft scheduled to fly the route. I thought that SAS retired the A340 last December. Or is this an error? Makes no sense at all, OSLO would be OSL and not ARN... :scratchchin: Anyway, I sear...
