Re: Wizz Air Starts London Luton - Russia

There is a very large Russian community in London. However, the very wealthy might not want to fly Wizzair. Areas that have a large wealthy Russian community are very close to Heathrow. Secondly a significant proportion of Russians in London need a visa for Russia! What I mean by this is that many R...

Although I don't think it's possible to go around the world on Turboprops, how far could one plan a journey on Turboprops from say London?

Any routes people could think of?

Just a thought that came to me

Re: Could TSE (Astana) Become The New KEV for Europe-Asia Low Cost Flights?

Astana has a great location. However the airport isn't user friendly. It would require a huge investment to prepare it. Also I think O&D appeal is needed somewhat to begin a hub operation. Astana has little appeal and is unlikely to have. However it could work!

Well done to Air Serbia! Can't wait to fly with them this winter.
I wish Belgrade Airport would get some nicer buses to connect it with the city center. The ground transportation is a bit of a let down. Although the 1pound bus ticket to the center isn't bad for a major city!

The greatest LCC of all doesn't go near Cargo for love nor money. Ryanair is just about the bums on seats. Easyjet and Wizzair also don't involve themselves in this sector. Would cause havoc for schedules at some of their airports where turnarounds can be done in literally 15minutes.
