EWR had plenty of go arounds due to the wind also. All the NYC airports had delays.
EWR had a ground stop at one point. The whole area was just bad yesterday for wind.

I was in BTV yesterday. Frontier had cancelled the Denver flight that day. How do they deal with that? Will they rebook on united or other carriers or do you have to wait for days? Doubt there was room to rebook an entire plane on the next flight.

I give credit to the airport. They see a way to improve things, and are doing it pretty quickly. BTV is getting crowded at times, this should really help both the TSA experience and for passengers waiting for delayed flights.

Not my opinion , reality is Delta would never have done this to unionized employees. Unionized employees have resources. Anyway can bet given the current drive to unionize delta is going to find these employees and shower them in gifts and compensation to keep them quiet and happy.

AA has a real problem. You can tell being on board. They want premium prices but offer the experience of a ULCC. Fly on an Oasis plane and tell me it doesn't feel just like Spirit. AA uses its least comfortable F product on the majority of its PHL-CLT transcons the non 3 class 321. 5-6 hours . I think economically they want less cycles more hours on those birds. probably something similar for BA. The economics make that the best plane to use.

I only see 15 empty seats on the BTV-ORD segment today. The 739 is alot larger than a 319. Looks like there was a need for extra seats, so it kind of worked out today.
