Re: Airliners.net Site Upgrade Announcement & Discussion

I have 29 pages worth of photos... To get to see some of my photos on say .. page 15 will take me around 5 minutes of clicking.... What an absolutely daft set up this new site is.. Manchester my home airport has around 1950 pages. Photos will go unseen for years unless you endlessly endlessly endles...

Re: Airliners.net Site Upgrade Announcement & Discussion

Hello anetters community. I have been an avid uploader for nearly 10 years now. Its been the one real drive to get 'that' shot out there into the community and to better myself and as an aviation photographer. I love the elation of getting shots uploaded and like all of us feel the frustration when ...

Anyone Used Adorama Online Recently?

Have seen very competitive prices on this website.
Are they a good place to shop, and also has anyone purchased goods to be shipped to the Uk. Are there any extra fees Vat etc..to be paid on delivery of goods.?
I seen good reviews on B+H but out of stock on alot of items..

Cheers

Canon Ef70-200 F4 L

Hi, considering buying this lens, with also the plan of getting an ef 1.4 extender. I appreciate that this has been talked about before on this site, but just looking for upto date/fresh reviews on this lens to make up my mind. Its a nice L lens (which i want) and coupled with the extender fits into...

RE: New Lens But Which? Yes Original

Tricky, personally i think the 70-200 f4L and 1.4 would give me more flexibility and be within my budget.
i may be wrong?

sounds daft but the 300 f4 is that a fixed length? or 100-300 etc...cant find too much info, except thats it alot more expensive
cheers

RE: New Lens But Which? Yes Original

Ok, definitely think an L lens is worth the investment. Going to be pushing the budget now. One last thing, as i mentioned before i was looking orig for the aprox 300mm zoom mark. Given that the 70-200 EF <acronym title="Lufthansa Cargo Indi...

RE: New Lens But Which? Yes Original

Thks for the welcome, my existing lens are ok (maybe being abit too harsh on them) but i guess im after more sharpness and detail. Its easy to get carried away with looking at all the shots on this site. The 300mm would probably be my range limit, so really looking for the best lens in that particul...

New Lens But Which? Yes Original
