They are not allowing the sale of beer at the match venues. Sales will be limited to existing licensed businesses and a 'fan zone'. Maybe that is a good thing so don't have drunks in the stands being stupid.

One of the biggest areas of fees that affect the poor and POC's are those of banks for when a check is cashed before the money to cover it is deposited, late fees on credit cards and various forms of credit. And yes, the airline fees are not disclosed up front do hurt consumers.
