Re: American Airlines Network Thread - 2020

Two things: does anyone know why AA doesn’t fly PHX-PRC? And does anyone know how the PHX-SGU flight is doing? I've never been able to understand why PHX-PRC doesn't seem to work as a spoke from the PHX hub. HP ran it for a while at least with their regional arm, but I don't think US ever did, and ...

Re: American Airlines Network Thread - 2020

I've done SGU-PHX (or reverse) 3x since Covid and every flight is at or near 100% full, it was actually the first full flight I had in my post-covid travels. Because of a crew base and Skywest corporate HQ in SGU, I highly doubt your flights were full of revenue travellers. There's probably a good ...

Re: WN could cut service to some cities without additional COVID-19 aid

Is there any substance to this rumour or just rank speculation from a (not very reliable) clickbait site? The small Texas stations have underperformed compared to the rest of the network for years if not decades. Exactly. WN isn't going to cut any TX stations. CRP, HRL. AMA, etc. are not going to b...

Re: Alaska Airlines Adds PSP-BOI/RNO/SJC

1. First mover advantage, WN entering certain routes would have likely forced other carriers to not announce certain routes (or likely at least trimmed down announcements). 2. Way more than just SJC-PSP has been announced since WN made their announcement, B6, 4B, AA, DL, and AS (+G4 before WN) have...

Well I guess I will be the one, there is nothing exciting about WN being the dominate carrier, you will only get flights/connections within the US (yes Mexico and Caribbean) but what you need is a network carrier that can give you access to beyond North America. Re: Phoenix Aviation Thread - 2020

It looks like for the month of August, B6 flights to JFK & FLL will be daytime before reverting back to night flights

B6 #1158 Departs 10:20AM to FLL
B6 #1302 Departs 01:00PM to JFK

BOS & EWR will both have day and night flights
