I saw a nice documentary the other day on the Russian airline industry.
They said that 30% of the 787 design work was done in the Moscow Boeing office by Russian Engineers. So Dreamlinersky would be more approriate. hehe.

What about All-Cargo airlines?

In the past European airlines have not been alowed to fly charters withing the US, but US airlines have been allowed to fly charter within Europe, without flight originating from the USA.
Is this addressed in the open skies agreement?
