Toronto Airfield Terminal

Hello all, I was looking at a satellite picture of a warehouse I am working on and I notice there is a terminal within the airfield in Toronto. Does anyone have any visibility into why there is this terminal there with no street access and nine gates? https://www.google.com/maps/place/Toronto+Pearso...
