a regular Toshiba Satellite Laptop but i'm buying a ultra-portable in a few weeks , either Asus EEE 1000 or MSI Wind, i'm not sure yet, both are great and have similar specs

The best eco ? There isn't such , you can go eco with BA or QF but bet "eco" should be SQ
