Bahamasair has a ticket office in Nassau (Oakes Field roundabout), catering to scores of Bahamians who do not have Internet access. I went there once or twice with some friends who had to change tickets (which couldn't be done online). I was amazed at how busy it is in there.

There will be plenty people willing to get the correct papers done in time, because plenty people are used to doing so whenever they travel.
