Some jobs have already moved to 4 work day weeks. Nurses have been at the head of the list - a friend of ours LOVED 4 days, 10 hours a week, especially since it included lunch & dinner. It's recruitment tool for some jobs so workers that are highly in demand are prime targets for the program.
