Re: 6 abreast A220 seating - Channel Airways style

I remember flying on a Bae 146 with Buzz back in the day to Rome. Six abreast seating configuration, rammed in.

Making the A220 six abreast I would imagine is possible... Time will tell.

Reports of one female crew member killed whilst helping passengers. 10 reported injuries. https://mol.im/a/6995039 Shocking. Not too surprised and I bet CGK-LHR-CGK must be struggling quite a bit as well, might just give another try and see if works better. This will be LHR's 2nd longest flight after QF's PER nonstop. These are early builds though that have bespoke wiring and corrections so not as per mainstream builds? Making them less attractive in terms of maintaining etc?

I’d love to know the cost of these worked out over per flight.

What a load of nonsense. He's a pilot for a reason, experience, knowledge, skill and appreciates the parameters required to land an aircraft in a variety of scenarios. This sounds like a snippy comment fed to the media. Pilot did what he thought was right, I'd totally go with that.
