Visit Denver a lot and I'm from low altitudes. Denver itself is fine I've found, don't feel short of breath or anything. It did take me a couple of days to adjust up in the mountains though when we went to Breckenridge.

Unless it's a three class 777 (which I'm pretty sure <acronym title="Dubai - International (DXB / OMDB), United Arab Emirates">DXB</acronym> isn't) you'll be on a four class set which will have the new seats.
