By far I've flown on the CRJ-700 the most. Mostly with ASA and Comair. The flights were nothing special. In my opinion Embraer beats Canadair every day. CRJ-100 and 200's seemed very cramped. B6 and YX (717's) keep their cabins very clean. I've never had to worry about the food crumbs in the seat or trash in the seat pouch in front.
