OK, so in answer to your questions - 3 flight attendants in total on Club World London City flights (BA1,2,3,4). One cabin manager and two flight attendants. Although, the A318 is certified for two in case of emergency (e.g. sick crew member). Clearing immigration and customs in Shannon is a breeze....

Well, I live in Clapham and moved here on the understanding that yes, there is aircraft noise, but it varies by time of day and is limited between 11pm-6am. I'd be very pissed off if the latter in particular were to change.

Seat was perfectly comfortable, and a pitch of 38". Service was exceptional.

I thought that one of the reasons for putting the extended hump into the 747-300 was that it reduced drag and increased range/payload....so why not incorporate into the 744F?
