You can add ARN to that list from summer schedule 2019. The 3 daily services will be replaced by Joon, and they will further add a 4th flight.
Although technically it is owned by AF it is not really AF. This will end pure AF service to ARN after many decades.

It is not restricted to certain airlines. All long haul flights and majority of non Schengen departures go from E gates. B gates get some non Schengen flights too but only short haul.

That is very unfortunate experience. LH and many other European carriers use the so cold European business class. It is fine for a max 2 hour flight, but I am surprised they use it on longer routes to TLV. For the 380, I guess having 78 seats in J class does not make it such an exclusive experience....

I just did a dummy booking ARN to JFK from 7th to 14th November and the price I got was 2265 SEK return for the light fare. This is about 278 USD. This is great news, but hard to think that these fares make LH any money.

If you are flying QR then most likely no. They have only 4 A340-600 and they fly to CMB, KUL and ALG, with some unplanned swaps to DMM, BAH but very rare. If you want to do some detour, i know EY fly their few remaining 340s to FRA and MUC certain days, but not sure how safe bet that is.

It is pretty neat to see that the same frame did IAH-DOH then a short turn around to AUH before doing DOH-AKL. I know this is normal for airplanes to do, but regardless that is a lot of flying done in a short period of time.
