The flight is not daily, no operation on Sundays and Wednesdays, so maybe that is why it is not always showing up. CPH is to go daily from November. Currently they have no flights on Mondays and Wednesdays. SQ has JV with SK, according to my friend that works for them, they do get a lot of SIN termi...Jump to post
You can add ARN to that list from summer schedule 2019. The 3 daily services will be replaced by Joon, and they will further add a 4th flight.
Although technically it is owned by AF it is not really AF. This will end pure AF service to ARN after many decades.
There is more to this story than what we can see here. Have flown KL more times than I can count. The crew has always been nice. Someone said that they find the Dutch arrogant or rude, but I disagree. I find the Dutch to be straight forward, assertive and no nonsense. I prefer this approach than fak...Jump to post
Eurowings is 103,99 EUR per person for their 9:45pm departure, arriving in MUC 11:10 pm. The fare includes bag, seat selection and snack. Many airlines ban transportation of brachycephalic breed dogs, because so many of these dogs have died during transport. These breeds are known to overheat and have a breathing problem. Although the bins are not air tight, it is certainly less air than in the cabin, so this may have been enough to s...Jump to post

I had only good experience with BT. Crew were always friendly and their BOB is decent. You can also preorder about 70 different meals online as well for 8 Euro or so. RIX airport is not very big, but it does the trick. it is fairly easy to get around. For your 11 hour layover you should definitely h...Jump to post
There are not that many options to Seychelles, especially in premium economy. Ethiopian has some pretty good deals in Business from LHR. Also Turkish, depending when you are flying. I don't think that you will lower the price by a lot with 11 258 Avios to be honest. You can check from your account w...Jump to post
A lot of hate for a young guy. Getting on a delivery flight is not that easy, so kudos to him. Times are changing, so obviously not everything new will be to everyones liking.Jump to post
Interesting news. I wish them best of luck. I don't think AF will come back to BEG because of this, and I think AF group is intending Transavia for BEG.Jump to post
I think Lugano is too close to MXP and to BGY to some extent. Also to Zurich is only 2 hours by train. The flight to ZRH is majority people that will connect beyond ZRH. GVA flight never did well, mostly because LX network from GVA is much smaller to attract any bigger crowd. Switzerland is very com...Jump to post

Congratulations to LH. Having flown them mostly on intra Europe flights, they are very consistent. Always friendly staff and aircraft are in great condition. Some of their longer flights use the Euro business class which is just a middle seat blocked, so not sure if those passengers would agree with...Jump to post
Allthough it is not supposed to happen, it still does. Some airlines call this term red bag, when bag is onboard but passenger is not. When I used to work with QR we had this huge stickers that we would put on the bags of offloaded passengers saying OFFLOADED BAG. DO NOT LOAD. Bags had to be in view...Jump to post
I am surprised to know US-UAE/Qatar doesn't have income tax treaty. I recall expat pilots talking about paying US taxes on their ME income. The US has no problem with evading taxes when convenient, or Delaware wouldn't be allowed to do what it does. Most US corporations evade taxes thru Double Iris...Jump to post
I like the F cabin, looks like small hotel rooms. I am not sure about the tree design though, and how that connects to EK or aviation in general. Wonder how often those curtains will be washed, they are really good to collect dust. Hopefully it will not be too stuffy after a while. J cabin is just m...Jump to post
You can't really fail if you use a Queen song in an ad :bouncy: Agreed! However, what made it even better is the 'customers' were diverse, locations all over the world, so it felt as if the add targeted everyone. Everyone with money that is. Extremely well done advertisement. I'll be honest, I was ...Jump to post
To be honest, how many people outside this forum knows Meridiana is an airline. It could mean anything. I think it makes sense to change it to Air Italy, a name already existing. I don't understand why people are saying it is boring. It says what it is and where it is from. There are several other e...Jump to post
weterners might be less likely to use them now because of safety concerns. Exactly which safety concerns do you have in mind regarding Qatar Airways? And why do you think that people from Czechia and Poland are more likely to use unsafe carriers? They don't value their lives as much as "wester...Jump to post
That was very early start date, only 2 months from announcement. I guess that with many 320s idle, they want to deploy them as soon as possible. They have started PRG, KBP, OHS, SKP, SJJ and now LED, those 320s will be slowly getting busy again, not including leases to BA, AT and recently rescue fli...Jump to post
That is very unfortunate experience. LH and many other European carriers use the so cold European business class. It is fine for a max 2 hour flight, but I am surprised they use it on longer routes to TLV. For the 380, I guess having 78 seats in J class does not make it such an exclusive experience....Jump to post
I just did a dummy booking ARN to JFK from 7th to 14th November and the price I got was 2265 SEK return for the light fare. This is about 278 USD. This is great news, but hard to think that these fares make LH any money.Jump to post
AWESOME news - - I've ALWAYS wanted to visit the Seychelles - also have a friend in Madagascar , who tells me I should go visit him. I live in California and work as Cabin crew for UNITED. If you are flying QR then most likely no. They have only 4 A340-600 and they fly to CMB, KUL and ALG, with some unplanned swaps to DMM, BAH but very rare. If you want to do some detour, i know EY fly their few remaining 340s to FRA and MUC certain days, but not sure how safe bet that is.Jump to post

EY will be cutting approximately 3000 job in the sales and HR departments I wonder how many of those departments are overstaffed.
