There is only ONE BIG problem - according to different court decisions in the past, only the OPERATING airline do count and NOT the codeshare. If the flight with BusinessClass was on KQ, even with a AF flight number, you might be not entitled for compensation - as the operating airline isn't an EU ...

We have seen many others that have started flying into ADD and pulled out in the last 10 years, including KLM, Air China, TAAG Angola, British Airways. I can't recall if South African also flew into ADD at some point. What airlines would you deem interested to fly into ADD beyond EY? Air Arabia may...
