Re: Would MAN-IAH work if UA operated the route instead of SQ?

So would UA be able to make this route with say a B767/787, rather than SQ? NYC (and EWR specifically) supports a variety international carriers and TATL destinations that IAH couldn't manage in its wildest dreams. https://www.panynj.gov/airports/en/statistics-general-info.html What does that have ...

Re: Rumour: Singapore Airlines looking at another US ULR route - ORD, BOS or IAD?

I think your math if off. SFO-SIN is consistently at or over 17 hours. IAH-SFO is at least 4 hours. Put those 2 together and we have a minimum of 21 hours, not 19.5 It doesn't work that way: You can't just tack on two individual segments and think their combined time would be the equivalent airtime...

Wow, MCZ's first TATL flight? I think? PDL-BOS is interesting as well after DL dropped JFK-PDL. Also OP, it should be A321LR, not XLR. Wow, DL isn’t the godsend everyone makes them out to be. According to Mlflyer12 “The weak are killed and eaten”. I guess DL was here. In addition to getting “killed...

They will have 5 A321's by next summer. Exactly. This was explained in great detail to you in numerous posts in the last thread. The 5 A321s next summer leave Aer Lingus with the exact same number of long haul narrow body aircraft that they had for peak summer this year. 2019: 1 A321LR + 4 757s = 5...

Compared to UA and AA, which fly or will fly to numerous exotic destinations, Delta seems to have a lack of international presence outside of their partner hubs.
