There are two main international cabin crew groups all consisting of different contracts - mainline (330/744) and QCCC (380/789). I assume the cut will be across the board of both divisions. Wouldn't Jetconnect be a group to consider? Non Ozzie crew... Why Jetconnect when its a lower cost mainline ...

I have noticed the NZ 777-300 fleet has been busy lately with cargo and evac flying this may help save pilot jobs down the line. However the 777-200 fleet is the opposite at the moment. I doubt it will save many jobs as there is already an allocation of cree for the 777 as part of the 'restructure'...

Suprised with the scoreline for the AB Ireland game. Thought it would be closer.

A few too many handling errors for my liking re the All Blacks. Yes I know itead humid and slippery etc... but could have been a bit more clinical. Comfortable win but room to improve as the rwc goes on

V/F I wasn't there at the time but an educated guess would be lack of gates at AKL. Happens on a regular basis to different carriers at international. I have a pic of 2 EK 380s holding on Juliet waiting for a gate, and I know of a few instances in recent times of NZ domestic 320s with no gate avalia...

It's embarassing as a nation not having a back up plan though I'd imagine it would be very expensive.

Surely we would see BA or LHhere before SAS? Could be alternate truths though, I remember overhearing an NZ in flight supervisor tell the flight attendants he was working with that CX is Star alliance because NZ code share with them, could be something similar in terms of misunderstanding

I saw TIU-CHC was at FL250 today so it does happen often enough. In my own observation the Q does alot more flying in the 20-25,000 range than the ATRs. Probably doesnt mean a whole lot though
