There’s no loophole especially since all deltar planes bare a US Registery N.......DN or DL .....and they do take the a350 domestically too ATL-DTW comes to mind if the try and skirt the tax it will burn them in then end especially with them crying for bail out money

The NRT base closure kind of makes sense. Over time, I would think UA's footprint at NRT will shrink further as a consequence of routes moving to HND. When I was at Yonited all flight numbers with 900-999 where international I believe west to east could be wrong on direction though STA was a base feeding another base OTA sounds like it’s similiar to when a flight from say OTA stopped on to WTA on a Widebodie that I turned left WTA to Asia or Europ...
