Only one:

Air New Zealand 744 ZK-NBV SFO-AKL in October of 2013. Flew a 77W to LAX on the way back from that trip.

I was booked on BA 744s DEN-LHR and back in April of 2020, but that didn't happen obviously.

I think United has the right idea with DEN. They are basically setting it up to be the premier short haul connector in their network and they have a lounge foot print that reflects that. Didn't UA initially fly DEN-PTY in the daytime before CM did? For me it would be Stapleton, early 90's before it closed or really any other time. I grew up and still live in Denver, but was too young to remember Stapleton when it closed.
