RE: BA Under 16 In Exit Row?

Also, BA seems to claim that both rows 28 and 29 are exit rows in some versions of their B747-400s. Is this accurate? (By this they are suggesting that nobody under the age of 16 can sit in these rows)

BA Under 16 In Exit Row?

Is it allowed for someone under 16 years of age (the minimum age to sit in the exit row) to sit in the exit row with 2 adults that are both above 16 years of age on British Airways?

AF Upgrades - Check In Or Not?

I will soon be traveling on a transatlantic flight with AF. My mom is in First but I am in Tempo. Should I check-in 30hrs in advance or would it increase my chance of being upgraded if I waited until the airport?

Amazing trip report. Pictures were great.
It looked like the same guy sitting in the window seat on the right hand side at the back of the Club cabin on both your flights!

Nice photos!
Where was the Virgin 747 going to from MAN?
Out of curiosity, why did you choose MAN?

Herpa Scenix Airports

Does anyone own a model airport using Herpa SCENIX "Airport basic set 1" product number 520362 in the 1/500 scale? If so... 1) How many plane stands does the ground foil accommodate? (both ones with gates and without) 2) How hard is it to assemble the airport buildings? 3) How big is the airport in ...

BA Ghost Flight To IAD Tonight?

I was on ba.com when I noticed that BA293 to Washington Dulles today has been cancelled. I then proceeded to look at BA292 (the return flight to Heathrow) which is leaving on time. Does this mean that BA is flying the 777 over the Atlantic empty?

Pictures For Trip Reports

In most trip reports I've read, the author will state the flight, aircraft, date, etc.. at the beginning followed by a picture of that aircraft. How do you to put the picture in your report?

RE: What Airline To Fly?

I'd definitely take the SAA! True they don't have first on their A340-300s, but their business class is flat and I hear it is excellent. Besides, why add additional hours on to your trip passing through Europe just to get the first class seat when you could have a direct flight into South Africa? <a...

Writing Trip Reports

Do the "departure time" and "arrival time" on trip reports refer to the departure/arrival at gate or departure/arrival on run-way?

Thanks a lot.
