Hi all, I'm a recent graduate with a desire to work in aviation. I have a various internship experience in business development/marketing at companies such as Goodrich/UTC Aerospace. I'd like your advice and suggesti...Jump to post
Merger or no merger, what I'm hoping for is a more competitive AA and a changed management. This company needs to have happier employees who are completely on board with the "new" AA before it is ev...Jump to post
It's definitely more modern but I can't get over the tail!! The styles of the logo and tail seem to be completely opposite. It's like the tail design is straight out of the 90s or a default Flight Sim airline.
Will be interesting to see what's next for this airline.
Are you kidding me? When is this airline going to stop with the ancillary charges! All these fees probably add up to where flying on an LCC makes no difference than flying a legacy these days.
Hello everyone, I am a business major who will be concentrating in marketing. Right now I'm a sophmore in upstate NY at a state university. My brother lives in Hoboken, NJ and I have wanted to get an internship position at jetBlue forever! I would c...Jump to post
I don't understand how they could close ROC. AirTran has a good customer base and a number of flights at Rochester. Everytime I've flown from <acronym title="Rochester - Greater Roches...Jump to post
I hope Continental and United never have any sort of relationship. Continental has built up their service and reputation so much and they really have a lot going for them, where as United hasn't been up to standards in my opinion.
Who knows what will be in US Airway's future.
I've downloaded some add-ons sound files for aircraft with no sound that I have also added on to FSX. What I've been doing is what you do with aircraft add-on files, put them in the aircraft file of FSX. I put the sound files in the "sound" folder under the aircraft I want sound for. But it doesn't ...Jump to post
I needed to download SP1 and then SP2 to my FSX for an aircraft add-on after this, an error came up saying "this graphics card does not meet minimum requirements for shader support. This product requires a geForce3/Radeon8500 class or better graphics card." is there any way i can uninstall the servi...Jump to post

I watched this episode. It happens that passengers morely survive a crash landing or an impact, however getting out of the aircraft is the hard part. With the seats buckling under you on impact and such, your legs, knees and things like that are likely to break, and it is very hard to maneuver out o...Jump to post
Well what exactly is aerospace engineering. If it has to do with heavy math then i'm out. I dont get it. If people are saying its a waste to major in professional aviation anddd its a waste to major in something else while flight training at an atp school then what is the best way??????? Uhgghhghg. ...Jump to post
So if I majored on something other than aviation it would be better? Like if I went to college and majored in business or management, or real estate and then went to an ATP school on the side. Like that one school, ATP??? Wouldn't that cost just as much though to pay for college and a 50,000$ flight...Jump to post

I flew American's SAAB 340 and MD-80 today and both requested the shades be closed. It is obvious why the SAAB 340 be closed, simply because the air conditioning is less than perfect on that plane and it just helps keep the temperature cool. Its been done on...Jump to post
As I watched the roll out online and as the aircraft rolled into the hangar, I saw a glimpse through the cockpit windows of a passenger window on the other side inside the plane. So clearly the plane was empty because there would be a wall inside the flight deck and so on if the plane had been fitte...Jump to post

I think the 737NG looks so much more modern, sharp, and attractive without the eyebrow windows. However eyebrow windows on the 707, 27, and 37's give it some sort of unique look to it that adds something to the aircraft. newer technology and navigation systems have aloud the eye brow windows to beco...Jump to post
